Shrimps boss hopes to bounce back

The Shrimps lost their final pre-season encounter at Christie Park after the non-league Cumbrian outfit recorded a 1-0 victory. Yet McIlroy is urging his men to regroup quickly and set their sights on collecting three points against Hereford. McIlroy said: "Saturday was a disappointing result and not the way we wanted to end our pre-season campaign but it is behind us now and we are looking ahead to this weekend. "We have just had what I think is the toughest pre-season I have ever known. "Those are the type of performances I will be looking at us to repeat on a more consistent level."
