Shrimps boss happy to bide time

The former Northern Ireland boss is already in talks with a right-back as he looks to bolster a squad which just missed out on the play-offs this season, but will not be making sweeping changes to his playing staff. He told the club's official website: "I am not looking to make huge changes to the squad but it has been really busy already with plenty of phone calls. "If you look around a lot of clubs are releasing a lot of players, more than usual it seems. "There are a lot of good players being released as well which is a sign of the times but it means there will be more players than ever looking for clubs and it would be foolish to rush into things."
