Shrimps without Panther at Daggers

The on-loan Exeter man broke a toe during Saturday's 2-1 home win against Notts County and is now set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines. Panther suffered the injury in the second half after a tackle with former England defender Sol Campbell, who shocked the football world when he quit the Magpies this week. Panther was replaced by Craig Stanley, who is now in line for a starting role against the Daggers. Midfielder Fraser McLachlan is a long-term absentee after he twisted his knee in the opening-day draw against Hereford. Shrimps boss Sammy McIlroy will be reluctant to make changes elsewhere as his side seek to build on last weekend's fine win.
