Shrimps swoop to snap up Panther

The 25-year-old has been brought in as cover for Fraser McLachlan, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.[LNB]Panther, who had spells St Johnstone, Partick Thistle and York before joining the Grecians, has struggled to break into Paul Tisdale's plans at St James Park following their quick rise to League One.[LNB]"I need cover for Fraser and Garry Hunter in the midfield position and Manny is someone who I think could fill that slot well," Shrimps boss Sammy McIlroy told the club's official website.[LNB]"He has always impressed me when I have seen him.
