The Shrimps are eagerly anticipating the visit of their Lancashire rivals after dumping Coventry out in the previous round.
Assistant boss Mark Lillis sees no reason why his side cannot claim another scalp against Championship opposition at the new Globe Arena.
Lillis said: "It is a great draw for the club and will help continue the feelgood factor surrounding the new ground.
