The new development on Westgate is expected to be completed for a total of around £12million.[LNB]That figure will include the cost of the land, drainage work, building access routes, development of artifical training pitches and the stadium itself.[LNB]McGuigan told the club's official website, "The ground and the community facilities surrounding it will look absolutely fantastic and the great news is that despite all the recent poor weather, everything is going to plan and we are scheduled to move into the stadium in July 2010.[LNB]"The ground has a 6,000 capacity with 2,000 seats, which is the requirement for both League Two and League One. It will be a fantastic venue.[LNB]"There have been rumours about the ground only being three sides but that is untrue. The ground will be four sided although the side opposite the main stand will be uncovered at this stage."[LNB][LNB]
