Shrimps boss warms to deep freeze

McIlroy admits the weekend off has given the chance to try and get his injured stars back to fitness.[LNB]Striker Matt Blinkhorn, who has been out since September with a knee injury, is among those still in recovery but is closing in on full fitness.[LNB]McIlroy told the club's official website: "If we can take some positives from Saturday it was that Jim Bentley and Stewart Drummond would not have played because they were both suffering from a virus and it also gives us another week to work on Matty Blinkhorn's fitness.[LNB]Meanwhile, the Shrimps have agreed a deal in principle to pay up the remainder of winger Paul Lloyd's contract last week.[LNB][LNB]
