Shrimps boss has no complaints

A home crowd of just 2,560 turned up for what proved to be a highly entertaining stalemate and McIlroy felt his side were worthy of a point against one of the division's stronger sides. McIlroy said: "It was a good point against a side that should be in the play-off positions and we at least matched them. "They are a good side and it's a difficult place to come to and get anything. "I thought we had three good chances while they maybe had only a couple. Rene Howe hit the woodwork and he could have had a penalty too. "Sometimes they are given and sometimes they aren't. We had a poor defeat last week and I apologise for that, but I cannot fault any of my players as they gave everything to try to win this game."
