Shrimps boss eyes Stanley striker

The Shrimps have been on the look-out for a striker for the entire summer and have now targeted Mullin, but although talks have been ongoing for a while, a deal has yet to be agreed.[LNB]"We have made enquiries about Paul Mullin and had a few talks," McIlroy told the club's official website.[LNB]"He is a player I like because he has great experience, holds the ball up well and can score goals as well.[LNB]"I would like to have him here but we will just have to see if we can agree anything before the transfer deadline at the end of the week."[LNB]The 35-year-old is closing in on 100 goals for Stanley, having made over 250 appearances.[LNB][LNB]
