Morecambe boss Sammy McIlroy believes his players are beginning to find their feet in the Football League. McIlroy was delighted with the level of performance as the Shrimps came from behind to hold Lincoln City to a 1-1 draw on Saturday. The point left last season's Conference play-off winners in 11th place in the League Two table. "I was happy to come away from home and get a point. We showed a never-say-die attitude," said McIlroy. "The commitment of the lads was first class and it was good to get a draw especially after going a goal down. "We've just got to keep our feet on the ground at the moment. "I thought our defence was absolutely magnificent. They headed and tackled everything that came at them."
