Preston skipper Callum Davidson is away on international duty with Scotland. Fellow defenders Sean St Ledger and Eddie Nolan are away with the Republic of Ireland squad, and midfielder Veliche Shumulikoski with Macedonia. Morecambe skipper Jim Bentley remains absent with a shoulder injury, while Wayne Curtis (knee) and Garry Hunter (groin) are also still sidelined.
