Morecambe step up play-off chase

Morecambe sealed a dramatic 3-2 win at Shrewsbury Town to move into the play-off spots. Mark Duffy and David Artell put the visitors into a 2-0 lead in the first 15 minutes before the Shrews clawed two goals back through Benjamin van den Broek and Tom Bradshaw.
However, Artell's 62nd-minute strike proved to be the Shrimps' winner.
Grimsby's incredible comeback continued as they defeated Barnet 2-0 to put themselves just one point behind the Bees going into the final game of the season. Robert Atkinson scored the Mariners' first before Mark Hudson sealed the win deep into stoppage time.
Chesterfield's play-off hopes took a severe hit as they were defeated late on by Accrington Stanley, succumbing to goals from Billy Kee in the 70th and 88th minutes.
Marvin Morgan's hat-trick inspired Aldershot Town to come from behind to defeat Lincoln City and confirm their place in the play-offs.
The Red Imps' Davide Somma opened the scoring in the 57th minute, before Morgan hit back with a six-minute hat-trick between the 69th and 75th minutes.
Bournemouth pushed themselves up to second in the table with a comfortable win over Port Vale. Brett Pitman opened the scoring in the 53rd minute before a brace from substitute Alan Connell put the Cherries three up. Josh McQuoid scored a fourth in the 86th minute.
Ten-man Northampton Town drifted further away from the play-off spots after their defeat at Bradford City. Gareth Evans opened the scoring in the 12th minute for City before adding another in the 81st, while Dean Beckwith was sent off in the 37th minute for the visitors.
Bury slipped out of the play-off spots after defeat at the hands of Torquay who picked up their third consecutive away win. Mustapha Carayol opened the scoring before late strikes from substitute Danny Stevens and Scott Rendell sealed the three points for the Gulls.
Substitute Graeme Montgomery's stoppage-time strike put Dagenham and Redbridge into the play-off spots as they defeated Hereford United 2-1. Paul Benson scored the opener before the Bulls equalised through Marc Pugh before Montgomery's late winner.
Already-relegated Darlington picked up their fourth away win in six to defeat Macclesfield, with Ian Miller and Michael Smith both getting on the scoresheet.
A barrage of first-half goals helped Notts County defeat Cheltenham Town 5-0. Lee Hughes bagged a brace with Graeme Lee and Ben Davies also finding the back of the net before half-time. Luke Rodgers added a late fifth.
Rochdale's terrible recent form continued as they lost to Burton Albion. Cleveland Taylor and Shaun Harrad scored for the visitors before Chris O'Grady pulled one back for the home side.
Rotherham and Crewe Alexandra played out a 0-0 draw at the Don Valley Stadium.
