Phil Jevons scored his 16th goal of the season as Morecambe kept alive their promotion aspirations.Jevons pounced after 18 minutes with a sweetly-struck volley to leave the Shrimps three points adrift of the play-off places. The home side dominated throughout, with Paul Mullini denied a penalty and Marc Richards hitting the post.
