Bentley ponders striker options

Morecambe boss Jim Bentley has some welcome selection headaches in attack for Dagenham's Sunday lunchtime visit to The Globe Arena.

Paul Mullin and Kevin Ellison came in and both scored in the win over Mansfield, so Jack Redshaw and Padraig Amond may have to make do with a place on the bench again.

Andy Wright (knee) was back in full training this week but, having been out since November, this clash will almost certainly come around too soon.

Stewart Drummond and Ryan Williams continue to be troubled by respective knee and neck problems, while Barry Roche (hip) is another long-term absentee.

In-form Dagenham could be unchanged after their 0-0 draw with Portsmouth on Tuesday continued their run.

The Daggers have lost just once in their last eight games to move away from the Sky Bet League Two relegation zone.

Jodi Jones could feature again after the midfielder became the youngest ever Dagenham player to appear in the league.

The 17-year-old told the club's official site: "I really want to go and play against Morecambe, I made my debut Tuesday night, so I'm hopeful I could get some minutes under my belt. It was a great experience."
