Ellison available for Shrimps Morecambe boss Jim Bentley will have top scorer Kevin Ellison at his disposal for the visit of Dagenham. Former Rotherham forward Ellison has 12 goals to his name this term, including three in his last four outings, despite being dogged by a persistent back problem. However the 32-year-old trained freely this week and is available to face John Still's side. Midfielder Andy Fleming will be assessed before kick-off as he is struggling with an ankle injury. A hernia problem keeps winger Izak Reid on the sidelines, while defender Paul Scott (knee) remains a long-term absentee. The Shrimps were 2-1 winners over Dagenham earlier this season but are without a win at the Globe Arena since they beat Gillingham by the same scoreline at the end of October. Josh Scott and Adam Cunnington are competing to start in attack for Dagenham. The pair are battling it out to partner Brian Woodall up front as the versatile Jon Nurse, who scored in last weekend's 3-2 win over Rotherham, prepares to drop back into midfield. Nurse does so to cover the loss of Ahmed Abdulla, who has returned to parent club West Ham along with fellow loanee Eoin Wearen. Otherwise, manager John Still is expected to keep faith with the same side who showed plenty of spirit to see off the Millers. The Daggers will be making their first-ever visit to the Globe Arena having been the last visiting team to play at Christie Park in the 2010 play-off semi-final second leg between the two sides.
