McIlroy unlikely to tinker v County

Defender Will Haining is edging closer to a recovery after a knee injury but will not come into contention to face the big-spending Magpies. Haining, a summer signing following his release from St Mirren, managed just three games for the Shrimps at the start of the season before suffering the injury setback against Burton. Midfielder Fraser McLachlan is a long-term absentee after he twisted his knee in the opening-day draw against Hereford. McIlroy will be reluctant to make changes elsewhere as his side seek to build on last weekend's hard-fought goalless draw at high-flying Rotherham. Phil Jevons and Paul Mullin again look set to spearhead the Shrimps' attack.
