McIlroy targets a 'strong finish'
The Shrimps' hopes of claiming a top-seven finish were effectively ended by last weekend's 2-0 defeat at Northampton.[LNB]And McIlroy is already looking to the future as he plots a strong end to the current campaign.[LNB]He told the Morecambe Visitor: "I now have to look at strengthening for next year with contracts to sort and look to bring players in.[LNB]"Now our target is to put as many points up on the board to give us the strongest finish possible.[LNB]"We are only into our third year in the Football League and to finish in the top half of the table would be a fantastic achievement."[LNB][LNB]
