McIlroy hoping for change of fortune

The Shrimps were held to their ninth draw in 13 league matches and now lie in 21st place in the League Two table. And McIlroy has bemoaned his side's bad luck for their perilous position. He told The Visitor: "The penalty decisions on Saturday were typical of the luck we've been having. When we go away and are clearly the better side and deserve a comfortable win, this kind of thing is so frustrating. "You can't keep going on about bad luck, managers and players have to do the right things and, they say, it will even itself out. "But anyone who has watched our games in recent weeks will be scratching their heads to understand why we've not won those games."
