Globe to host England teens
Morecambe`s Globe Arena will stage an Under-16 international between England and Scotland later this year.
The new £12million stadium has been selected to host the prestigious annual Victory Shield clash on December 2.
Chief executive Rod Taylor told the club`s official website: "This is a major accolade for the club and a huge boost for the new ground.
"It is another landmark for the club and shows how far we have come over the past few years."
