Duo strike as Shrimps beat Quakers
After two successive defeats Sammy McIlroy's side returned to winning ways thanks to a goal in each half from Jevons and Mullin.[LNB]Jevons opened the scoring in the ninth minute when he finished superbly after running on to Laurence Wilson's through ball.[LNB]Mullin doubled the advantage in the 58th minute when he stabbed the loose ball past Shane Redmond from 12 yards out at full stretch.[LNB]Darlington's best effort came just before the break when Alan White's close-range header was superbly tipped away by Barry Roche, and Tadgh Purcell was denied a late consolation by another fine Roche save.[LNB][LNB]
