Confident Jevons raring to go
Morecambe striker Phil Jevons is in confident mood ahead of Saturday's trip to Cheltenham in the FA Cup first round.
The former Everton trainee has missed most of the season through injury but underlined his quality with a hat-trick in Tuesday`s 5-0 home win over Stockport.
Jevons said: "I have had a frustrating season so far and was dying to get back into the team, to score a hat-trick was a bit special.
"After scoring two I felt really confident and the third was one of the best goals I have scored for a while. I can't wait for the weekend now."
