Capaldi set to extend Shrimps stay
Defender Tony Capaldi has verbally agreed a deal to keep him at Morecambe until the end of the season.
The left-back's short-term stay ended at the Globe Arena on Monday but he has been offered another contract until the end of the season after some recent impressive performances.
Capaldi has been interesting Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen but the Shrimps said in a statement: "If all goes to plan Capaldi will sign ahead of the weekend trip to Stevenage."
