Boss McIlroy salutes solid Shrimps

The Shrimps were perhaps fortunate to earn a point as they relied heavily on goalkeeper Barry Roche to keep them in the game. McIlroy said: "We know Bury are a good side and we knew they would come at us, but we defended superbly, and when Bury did get through they came up against Barry Roche, who I thought showed once again why he is the best keeper in League Two. "There is a great spirit in the camp at the minute and I thought the lads were magnificent. To have gone 10 games unbeaten with the run of injuries we've had has been unbelievable. "Once again if I was being overly critical I could say that we need to be better in the final third of the field and we'll go away and work on that again. But the desire to maintain our unbeaten run was there for all to see."
