Jordan Millar makes Montrose return after rib injury

Montrose welcome back on-loan St Johnstone goalkeeper Jordan Millar after a rib injury when they host Stirling Albion, but manager Paul Hegarty is still six players down.

Knee injuries continue to rule out Andrew Steeves, Terry Masson and Ross McCord, while a stomach-muscle problem keeps Paul Watson sidelined.

On-loan Jahmal Howlett-Mundle has returned to Hearts and Jesse Curran has gone back to Dundee after his temporary spell at Links Park, with Hegarty saying: "We are still short of bodies but we need to get back to winning ways after a disappointing spell.

"Stirling Albion have a very exciting front line and we need to keep them quiet."

The visitors welcome Phil Johnston back into their ranks after knee surgery but captain Ross McMillan continues miss out with a hamstring injury.

Assistant manager Martyn Corrigan said: "We enjoyed a good win against Elgin last weekend when we came from behind in very difficult circumstances.

"That built on a very good performance and a 6-0 win over Cumbernauld Colts and having done so well in our last two games we don't want things to slip back.

"We lost at Queen's Park three weeks ago as we let our standards drop and we must not repeat that or we will suffer a similar fate at Montrose."
