Johnston a doubt for Montrose
Montrose reckon Scott Johnston (leg) has a 50/ 50 chance of making his side's game with Elgin City at Links Park.
On-loan Inverness Caledonian Thistle striker Callum Ferguson is again absent with a knee injury.
Manager Stuart Garden is looking for his side to start where they left off against Stirling last weekend. He said: "We were not great in the opening hour at Forthbank but in the final half hour I thought that we played really well.
"If we start at that level against Elgin then we have a good chance of getting the win that will keep us in the play-off hunt."
Elgin City have completed the loan signing of Dundee goalkeeper John Gibson for a second time and he goes straight into their squad.
Defender Jamie Duff misses out due to a suspension, while Paul McMullan (ankle), David Niven (toe), Jamie Masson (knee) and Brian Cameron (foot) are all injured and Graeme Beveridge is a major doubt.
Manager Barry Wilson said: "We had the game at Albion Rovers lost by half time last week so we know that we have to do a lot better this time.
"Montrose have a lot to play for but so have we as I want a really positive end to our season."
