Allan returns to help Montrose build Links Park fortress

Montrose welcome back Matty Allan to their squad after injury as they look to make it five consecutive wins at home by seeing off East Fife.

But a shoulder injury keeps goalkeeper Jordan Millar away from the action and Paul Watson is still out following surgery on a stomach muscle injury.

Manager boss Paul Hegarty said: "I am delighted that we are doing so well at home, but we will have to win a good few more games before Links Park can be called a fortress.

"East Fife are a good side who ground out a win over Clyde last weekend, so this will be a tough game."

East Fife will be without Stevie Campbell due to an ankle injury with player/boss Gary Naysmith set to clinch the loan signing of Dundee United goalkeeper Joe McGovern to replace Mickey Cousar, who left the Fifers this week.

Naysmith side: "We are facing the side with the best home form in the league with four wins out of four, so we will need to play well.

"We won against Clyde last weekend but we were not at our best. We need to up things for this game.

"I changed things around last weekend and some of the changes worked, so I will need to decide to stick or twist at Links Park."
