Masson sits it out as Montrose bid to maintain their momentum
Montrose will be without the suspended Terry Masson for their home game against Berwick.
Masson was sent off in last weekend's 1-0 win at Edinburgh City, while Chris Hegarty remains sidelined with an ankle injury.
Manager Paul Hegarty said: "Getting our first win of the season was a good feeling and we had to work incredibly hard to get it.
"Terry was a big part of that success before being dismissed. It is disappointing to be without him as we look to build on that win.
"Berwick are a well-organised team that won well at Cowdenbeath last weekend so we will need to dig deep to get a second win."
Berwick are low on numbers as injuries have ruled out Lee Hamilton (groin), Barry Hogg (back), Ben Stirling (thigh) and Sean Mackie (ankle), while Allan Walker is rated as a major doubt.
Manager John Coughlin said: "We are really short of numbers just now, however our patched-up side won at Cowdenbeath last weekend so that has given everyone a boost.
"We defended really strongly to keep them out and we need to be as strong again to get anything from Links Park.
"Montrose will take confidence from winning for the first time this season so will be pushed all the way as we try to get a run going."
