Montrose waiting on Adam Harwood ahead of Berwick fixture

Adam Harwood is a major doubt as Montrose end their Ladbrokes League Two campaign with a visit from Berwick.

Harwood will be assessed but Paul Watson (groin) and Neil Martyniuk (ankle) are both sidelined.

Manager Paul Hegarty said: "Our meeting last weekend with Arbroath was not the best of games so I am glad that we have another chance to end the season on a high. Berwick are in great form just now so this will be a tough test for us.

"We want to finish the season above Arbroath in the table and a win guarantees that so that is our aim."

Berwick have Callum Crane back after a suspension as they look to record a fourth straight win to end the campaign.

But Jordan McGregor and Michael McKenna are both banned while Sandy Cunningham remains sidelined with a dislocated shoulder.

Manager John Coughlin said: "We have had a great couple of months and we want to keep that going until the final whistle in the season. Montrose have had a good season after being in the relegation play-offs a year ago and are capable of beating us at their place if we allow them to get on top.

"We beat the league winners East Fife last weekend and having hit that standard we want to reach it again at Links Park."
