Jordan Miller misses out for Montrose
Montrose will be without goalkeeper Jordan Millar against Berwick Rangers.
The on-loan St Johnstone youngster picked up a rib injury playing for the Perth club in a development game.
Matty Allan's hand injury keeps him out while Paul Watson is absent after surgery to fix a stomach muscle problem and Ryan Kenneth is sidelined through illness.
Manager Paul Hegarty said: "We are a few bodies out but the players that come in have a great chance to impress and keep a starting jersey. We struggled against Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale but are still in the Scottish Cup, whereas Berwick lost and will be determined to make up for that."
Berwick player-manager Colin Cameron will return after overcoming a calf injury, but Jonny Fairbairn and Ross Drummond miss out through suspension.
Cameron is hoping to bring in a defender on loan before kick-off as he looks for his side to bounce back from a capitulation at Annan last weekend in the Scottish Cup.
"Things were going well for an hour," he said. "However, we let a 1-0 lead turn into a 4-0 defeat. We crumbled in the last half an hour and that was very disappointing.
"The players have been challenged to show that they are a better group than that performance would suggest."
