Trio still missing for Montrose

Bottom side Montrose face a Berwick side that sit five points ahead of them without the injured Leighton McIntosh (knee), Stephen Day (ankle) and Bryan Deasley.

Terry Masson is back from a ban but Ryan McCord is an injury doubt.

Manager Paul Hegarty has called on the Gable Endies to give an 'Arbroath-style' performance, saying: "We are pretty much into 'must-win' territory and if we play like we did in our last home match when we beat Arbroath 3-0 then we can win.

"We need to deliver a performance that will reduce Berwick's advantage, especially as they have two games in hand."

Berwick player-manager Colin Cameron is out of the Links Park meeting of the bottom two with a thigh problem.

Goalkeeper Billy Bald is missing due to a broken hand and Stephen Tulloch (calf) and Darren Lavery (head) also sit out.

Dundee shot-stopper Jamie Wilson has signed on loan and Cameron said: "We still have a chance of turning our league season around and heading towards the play-offs. It will be difficult to get there but winning this game would be a great start to doing that.

"Montrose made everyone sit up and take notice when they beat Arbroath recently so we cannot take anything for granted."
