McKenzie banned for Montrose

Montrose meet Angus neighbours Arbroath for a fourth time this season and they will have Lucas Birnstingl in goal as Stuart McKenzie is banned.

Allan Campbell is struggling with a knee problem, however Stephen Robb returns after injury.

Dundee United defender Adam Harwood has joined on loan and goes straight into manager George Shields' plans.

Shields said: "We have not managed a win over Arbroath yet but the games have been very tight.

"They will quite rightly be full of confidence and one of the key things we have to do if we are to win is to keep 11 men on the park as sending offs are hurting us."

League Two table-toppers Arbroath will miss Craig Johnstone with an ankle injury and Jack Smith (elbow), while Adam Hunter a doubt.

Manager Allan Moore said: "We go into this game having won at Annan in midweek without being at our best.

"We missed chances in the first half and were under pressure in the second due to long balls coming into our box however we coped and I am delighted with eight wins from nine games.

"It is not ideal having to play Montrose for a fourth time however if our forwards are back on from then it is a game that we can win."
