Camara and Marveaux extend with Montpellier

Souleymane Camara and Joris Marveaux signed two-year extensions to their respective contracts with Montpellier, the French top flight side announced Wednesday.

Senegalese international striker Camara joined the club from Nice in 2007 from Nice and despite currently being used as a substitute has scored six goals in 23 matches, 11 of which he has started.

Marveaux, who signed from Ligue 2 side Clermont in 2008, is also being used as a "super-sub", starting only 14 of the 23 matches he has played this season.

Both 29-year-olds are now tied to Montpellier, currently second in Ligue 1 only two points behind Paris Saint-Germain, until 2015.
