Monaco's Congolese striker Dieumerci Mbokani has rejoined Sporting Anderlecht on a three-year deal worth three million euros, Belgian media reports said Tuesday.
French first division side Monaco bought Mbokani from Standard Liege for seven million euros last summer.
But after failing to make any kind of impact in France's Ligue 1 the striker was loaned out to Bundesliga side Wolfsburg for the last six months of the season, where he fortunes failed to improve.
Mbokani last played for Sporting in the 2006/07 season when he scored four goals in nine matches. He then moved to Standard Liege, helping the Walloon side to two Belgian league titles.
