Swailes' nightmare set to end

MK Dons defender Danny Swailes has agreed a six-month contract extension with the club.
The 30-year-old former Bury and Macclesfield Town player endured an injury-ruined 2008-09 campaign, starting the first two League One games of the campaign before suffering an Achilles injury that ended his season.
Swailes said: "I can't wait to get back. I've waited a long time to play a game of football and hopefully that can be at the start of the coming season.
"It's been a frustrating year for me. I'm not used to being out injured and I can't describe what it's like being sat in the stands, doing nothing, when all you want to do is be out there.
"The first objective for me is to get fit enough to challenge for a place in the team, that's all I'm concentrating on at the moment."
