Silkmen lodge Navarro appeal

Macclesfield Town have launched an appeal against Alan Navarro's red card in the 1-0 victory against Rochdale on Tuesday.
The midfielder was dismissed in the 37th minute for violent conduct after he was adjudged to have elbowed Dale's John Doolan.
The case will be heard by the Football Association's disciplinary commission, but if the claim fails, Navarro is set to serve a three-match suspension.
Despite being a man down for more than half the match, Paul Ince's side held on to secure their first League Two win of the season.
