Navarro pens Dons deal

MK Dons midfielder Alan Navarro has penned a one-year extension to his current contract with Paul Ince's side.

The 26-year-old joined the club on a one-year deal in the summer from Macclesfield Town and is enjoying his spell with the League Two table-toppers.

He told the Dons' official website: "I'm delighted to have signed. The talks have been going on for a couple of weeks so it's nice to get it all sorted and just get on with playing football.

"You can tell by the way I've been playing that I've settled well here. It's a great place to be and I'm just loving my football at the minute.

"The gaffer has played a big part in that and this is where I want to be. I want to be part of what's happening at this club."
