Injury ends Smith's career

Experienced right-back Jamie Smith has been forced to retire from the professional game due to a knee injury.
The 32-year-old spent last season with MK Dons, having previously enjoyed spells with Wolves, Crystal Palace and Bristol City, as well as having loan stints with Fulham and Brentford.
Smith admitted: "It's obviously very disappointing. I wasn't able to play as many games as I wanted to last season and give something back for the fans whose support has been brilliant.
"I went to see the specialist just before the end of the season and after talking it over with him again, he told me it was the end.
"The plan now is to spend some time with my family while I try to get my head around it. I'll take stock then and decide what I want to do next."
In total, Smith made more than 350 appearances for his six clubs during more than a decade in senior football.
