Paul Ince has been named the League Two Manager of the Month for October after the Milton Keynes Dons maintained their place at the top of the table.
Ince's side won four of their five games during the month and ended October with a four-point cushion at the summit of the table.
The Dons defeated Mansfield, Bradford, Lincoln and Hereford, while also progressing in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
The former Manchester United and England midfielder won the award ahead of Bobby Williamson of Chester City, Barnet's Paul Fairclough and Rotherham United's Mark Robins.
"Paul Ince's Milton Keynes Dons have been on a terrific run of form of late," chairman of the awards panel Chris Kamara told Sky Sports News.
"Paul has got his side playing some excellent football and their impressive results mean they continue to lead the way at the top of League Two."
