Howell pens Dons extension

MK Dons midfielder Luke Howell is pleased to have secured a new two-year contract with the League One club.
The 22-year-old former Gillingham youngster has a guaranteed further 12 months with the Dons, with an option for a second year also in place.
He told the club's official website: "I'm very pleased to have signed, it's taken some time to sort it all out, but I'm excited about next year.
"It's going to be tough to hold down a regular place in the team next season.
"If the team is up there competing again, then it's natural that there will be a lot of quality players competing for the same positions."
