Dons end McIntyre chase

Milton Keynes Dons have ended their pursuit of Macclesfield Town midfielder Kevin McIntyre.
The 29-year-old had been targeted by former Silkmen boss Paul Ince for his new club, but Macc are unwilling to allow McIntyre to move on.
Dons assistant manager Ray Mathias said: "We spoke to Macclesfield about McIntyre when we were doing the deal for Danny Swailes, but they weren't having it.
"McIntyre is a good player and would be a good addition to our squad, but they said it would deplete their squad, so they weren't keen on selling him.
"They would have been looking for a massive amount of money to let him go."
