He said: "We had the chances to score more goals but their keeper made some very good saves and we missed some chances.
"We were pleased to get another 1-0 victory, we look a really strong team who are tough to break down. It was great to get another clean sheet.
"But we got sloppy at times, particularly with our finishing, and the manager has told them that afterwards, as you can imagine.
"It's always awkward when you come up against your former club but the manager is very professional and just wants to win every game. We're looking forward to the draw now."
