Robinson believes in misfiring forwards

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson has backed his strikers to find form and end the club's barren spell in front of goal. Robinson has seen his four main strikers score just three league goals between them so far this season, but is confident of a change of fortunes ahead of this weekend's clash with Colchester. Robinson said: "If you put any manager here and tell him you've got Aaron Wilbraham, Sam Baldock, Jermaine Easter and Jabo Ibehre, they'd be extremely happy with the strike force, but it is just not dropping to us at the moment. "Sometimes it takes a scruffy goal to fall to go on a run of goals, but it is something that we have to change because we are not creating enough to get anything out of these games. "It is just a barren spell we are going through at the moment, but there will be a time when we go on a spell when you ask me `please stop scoring!' "We are not far off where we need to be."
