MK Dons boss Karl Robinson believes former Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann has what it takes to become a manager. Robinson has promoted the former German international to first-team coach following the departure of Alex Rae to Notts County last week and has no doubt the 37-year-old has what it takes. He told Press Association Sport: "I`ve promoted Didi Hamann to first-team coach, given him a lot more responsibility and he will do a lot more coaching. "You look at his credentials. He`s been away to the Bernabeu, played in the Champions League final, played in a World Cup final and can only add to us. "He`s an incredible man with great morals and works very well with us. "In the long run I`d like to think he could become a manager. I`ve worked under a lot of people over the past 12 years and learned a lot and I will pass all that on to him."
