MK Dons boss Karl Robinson likely to rotate for vital clash against Rotherham

Manager Karl Robinson should have an unchanged squad for MK Dons' biggest game of the season against fellow strugglers Rotherham.

The Dons, who occupy the final relegation spot, go into the match six points behind the Millers - who are directly above them in the table.

Robinson will probably rotate his midfield and attacking players and has the likes of Dean Bowditch, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, Alex Revell - playing against his former club - Jonathan Williams and Josh Murphy to call on.

Defender Kyle McFadzean is still suspended while winger Rob Hall (knee) and goalkeeper David Martin (fractured hand) were this week told their seasons are over due to injury.

Rotherham will assess a number of walking wounded ahead of the trip.

Greg Halford suffered whiplash in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Bristol City, though played the 90 minutes, and he is still receiving treatment.

Several other unnamed players are receiving attention on bumps and bruises in a game that assistant boss Kevin Blackwell says will "go a long way" to securing the Millers' survival if they win.

Defender Lloyd Doyley is unlikely to be fit, though, as the club are still waiting for results of his knee scan.
