No worries for Robinson

MK Dons have no new problems as they prepare for the visit of Bolton.

Manager Karl Robinson made nine changes at the weekend, with captain Dean Lewington and midfielder Carl Baker the only survivors from the side that beat Leyton Orient in the Capital One Cup. It meant it was effectively the same team that started on the opening day of the season at Rotherham, with Baker coming in for Rob Hall, who missed out through injury.

Hall will be checked on but it looks like midfielder Mark Randall, yet to feature this campaign due to injury, will remain on the sidelines.

Robinson will keep any changes to a minimum but he has the likes of Sergio Aguza, Cristian Benavente, Simon Church and Dale Jennings to call on.

Zach Clough's return to full fitness will ease Bolton's attacking worries slightly ahead of the trip.

Wanderers have yet to score in their first three games and were forced to change formation to a back three in the 3-0 loss to Middlesbrough because Clough and Gary Madine were only fit enough to start on the bench.

Clough emerged at half-time, having pulled up in training on Friday with a knock, but will come into consideration to start, with Madine due to undergo a late fitness test before the game too.

With Derik Osede (ankle), David Wheater (calf), Max Clayton (knee) and Darren Pratley (ankle) all still out, and full-back Tim Ream on the verge of leaving, boss Neil Lennon is hoping for two arrivals soon - one of whom is Francesco Pisano, although the deal for the Italian is unlikely to be rubber-stamped in time for him to feature.
