MacKenzie blow for Dons

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson will be without defender Gary MacKenzie for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy southern section second round clash with Charlton. The centre-half - who has just returned from an injury sustained in the summer - limped out of the 1-1 draw with Colchester on Saturday after just 21 minutes with a groin injury and will miss out. Adam Chicksen came off the bench to replace him but Robinson may choose to reinstate the experienced figure of Sean O'Hanlon instead after he recovered from a slight injury. Angelo Balanta was a substitute on his return from a hamstring injury at the weekend and came on to score the equaliser for the Dons and is in contention to start. Striker Sam Baldock is still out with an ankle injury and midfielder Stephen Gleeson rounds out the injury list as he continues to struggle with a back muscle problem.
