Ince's Dons needed a victory to keep up their bid for the play-offs and started brightly. They might have scored in the eighth minute when Jermaine Easter rounded Craig Alcock and fired in a drive which goalkeeper Alex McCarthy did well to save with his feet.[LNB]But Yeovil soon took up the running and Gavin Tomlin laid on a good chance for Dean Bowditch who shot over.[LNB]In the 23rd minute however Yeovil grabbed the lead. Arron Davies' left-wing corner was headed clear but only to Yeovil midfielder MacDonald who picked his spot from 20 yards out to fire high into the roof of the net.[LNB]Yeovil should have at least doubled their lead by half time but JP Kalala and Davies both had shots well saved by Willy Gueret.[LNB]The second half was a different story. The Dons did all the attacking but failed to find a way through a crowded Yeovil defence and chances were few and far between enabling Yeovil to hold on for only their second back-to-back victory of the season.[LNB][LNB]
