Gerba determined to keep his place
The Canadian has returned to Roberto Di Matteo's starting XI in recent weeks after injuries to Aaron Wilbraham and Sam Baldock and repaid the manager by scoring in the wins over Brighton and Bristol Rovers.
He told the MK Citizen: "When you get a chance you have to show that you are hungry and want to be in the team.
"In the same time you have to say fair enough as the other forwards have done a great job, but you always have to be patient and wait for your turn.
"I am trying to make sure the manager keeps picking me from now on. I need to make it hard for the manager and hard for the other guys, but at the end of the day it is a team effort."
