Easter in fitness race to face Seagulls

02 October 2009 11:12
Easter hit seven goals in his first eight appearances for the Dons after signing this summer but has not featured since picking up a thigh problem in the 3-2 defeat to Huddersfield last month. However, the former Wycombe forward is back in training and hopes to be available as the Dons look to bounce back from consecutive defeats. Defender Danny Woodards is also in with a chance of returning after four games out with an ankle injury but Luke Chadwick is out. The former Manchester United winger picked up a thigh injury against Oldham in midweek and will miss out so Jemal Johnson or Richie Partridge are pushing to start in his place. Jason Puncheon sits out the second of his three-match ban. Ince remains without Jude Stirling (groin) and Sean O'Hanlon (knee) while Sam Baldock is in Egypt with the England Under-20 World Cup squad.
