Dons complete swoop for Gobern

Gobern has penned a one-year deal with an option for a further year and becomes the Dons' fourth signing in six days following the return of Jemal Johnson and the arrival of Jermaine Easter and Stuart Searle. Gobern, 24, told Dons World: "When I heard that Paul Ince was taking charge and I learned of the chairman's ambition, I knew I would be joining a club that would be pushing for promotion. "I've had a few little injuries here and there but I want to push my career on and I feel like this is the place to make that happen. "I hope to bring some excitement, a bit of creativity and a few goals, but the main thing is for me to help this club get promoted. "There's a lot of ambition here, it's a club built for the Championship at the very least and with the manager we've got and the players he wants to bring here I think that's achievable."
